Institut Imagine in Paris invites applications for a postdoctoral project on lipid metabolism, innate sensing of HIV-1, and dendritic cell pathways. The successful candidate will explore how lipid metabolic pathways regulate antiviral immunity using lipidomics, scRNA-seq, and scATAC-seq in human dendritic cells.

The project offers access to world-class platforms, mentorship, and opportunities to present at international conferences within a vibrant research environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology or a closely related field.
• Experience with lipidomics and single-cell omics is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication in English; ability to work in an international team.

Responsabilités

• Characterize HIV-1–induced lipid metabolism changes in human dendritic cells.
• Investigate how lipid metabolism modulates HIV-1 replication and innate sensing.
• Apply lipidomics, scRNA-seq, and scATAC-seq to study antiviral immunity.
• Collaborate with bioinformatics for systems biology analyses.
