Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biostatistics or related field.
• Strong proficiency in R and Python; experience with HPC environments.
• Experience in NGS data analysis and multivariate statistics.
• Experience in multi-omics data integration and ML applied to biology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex multi-omic datasets to identify interactions between microbiomes, immune responses, and clinical phenotypes.
• Develop statistical models for longitudinal data.
• Integrate metatranscriptomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and clinical data.
• Publish articles in international journals and present at conferences.
• Co-supervise Master students or interns.
