Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a PLM Project Manager in Toulouse to lead cross-PSL product information governance within the Digital for Develop (DP) department. You will coordinate export control classifications and ensure secure, compliant data flows across global teams.

You will partner with IT, Legal, and Engineering to implement robust access controls, drive compliance across PLM systems, and support international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and applying export control classifications.
• Knowledge of PLM systems and cross-organizational architectures.
• Ability to liaise with Legal, Engineering, IT and Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define, implement, and monitor export control classification and compliance rules within PLM systems and cross-PSL architecture.
• Co-lead the GECS project and the WP15 initiative to ensure export control compliance across engineering apps.
• Partner with IT and Enterprise Architects to ensure data access controls and cross-border digital workflows comply with trade laws.
• Conduct compliance assessments on cross-PSL epics and act as liaison between DPIX, DP PSLs, Legal, Engineering and Operations.
• Oversee export control classification (ECCN, USML) of digital assets and train product owners and engineers on clean-data handling.

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a PLM Project Manager (f/m) to join our Information Management - Digital for Develop (DP) department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of the DPIX team, acting as the central hub managing the Digital Product portfolio activities and cross-PSL epics. You will be involved in managing product information across its entire lifecycle aiming at ensuring seamless, compliant, and secure data flows across multiple functions and international borders in strict adherence to global export control regulations.

Your challenges:

• Co-lead the GECS project (MFT6 team) and the WP15 (Export Control & IP) to ensure and accelerate Export Control Compliance within engineering applications.
• Partner with IT and Enterprise Architects to ensure data access controls, hosting solutions, and cross-border digital workflows comply with international trade laws.
• Conduct compliance impact assessments on cross-PSL epics and act as the primary liaison between DPIX, DP PSLs, Legal, Engineering, and Operations.
• Oversee export control classification (ECCN, USML, etc.) of digital assets and train product owners and engineers on clean-data handling practices.
