Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse seeks a PLM Project Manager to join the Information Management - Digital for Develop department. You will manage the Digital Product portfolio and cross-PSL epics, ensuring data flow across functions and borders in compliance with export controls.

You will lead classifications, co-drive key projects, and partner with IT and Enterprise Architects to enforce data access controls and secure digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in export control regulations (ITAR, EAR, dual-use) and data governance.
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts and digital engineering pipelines.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-portfolio projects in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Define, implement, and monitor export control classification and compliance rules within the PLM systems and cross-PSL architecture.
• Co-lead the GECS project (MFT6 team) and the WP15 (Export Control & IP) to ensure and accelerate Export Control Compliance within engineering applications.
• Partner with IT and Enterprise Architects to ensure data access controls, hosting solutions, and cross-border digital workflows comply with international trade laws.
• Conduct compliance impact assessments on cross-PSL epics and act as the primary liaison between DPIX, DP PSLs, Legal, Engineering, and Operations.
• Oversee export control classification (ECCN, USML, etc.) of digital assets and train product owners and engineers on clean-data handling practices.

Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a PLM Project Manager (f/m) to join our Information Management - Digital for Develop (DP) department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of the DPIX team, acting as the central hub managing the Digital Product portfolio activities and cross-PSL epics. You will be involved in managing product information across its entire lifecycle aiming at ensuring seamless, compliant, and secure data flows across multiple functions and international borders in strict adherence to global export control regulations.

Your boarding pass

• Master's degree in Law, International Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Export Control, Trade Compliance, or Data Governance (Aerospace, Defense, or high-tech manufacturing preferred).
• Deep understanding of international export control regulations (including ITAR, EAR, and European/National dual-use and military regulations).
• Strong familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts, digital engineering pipelines, identity and access management (IAM), and securing digital supply chains.
• Proven track record of managing complex, transversal projects and cross-portfolio deployments.
