Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino in Nice, France is seeking a Casino Cashier to handle chip and ticket exchanges for cash during shifts in the Player Services area. Qualifications

• Money handling experience, preferably as a cashier.
• Data entry experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to operate a 10-key adding machine.
• Knowledge of casino cash receipts and reporting requirements.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must speak, read and write English.
• Will­ing to work weekends, holidays, and any shift.

SUMMARY

Responsible for making change or exchanges of chips and tickets for cash for players during a specified shift in the Player Services area while providing support and service to players.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Makes change or exchanges cash for chips and tickets from players in the Casino.
• Requests money through the Player Services Manager to ensure the appropriate level of money on hand in their cash drawer.
• Provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service.
• Cashes checks and gaming tickets for players.
• Follows Internal Controls and Title 31 requirements on a daily basis.
• Make credit inquires, performs credit checks and other related functions necessary to process new check cashing applications.
• Performs all transactions with players in a confidential manner.
• Balances cash drawer at the end of each shift by preparing appropriate paperwork, etc.
• Signs up new players.
• Greets players as a company rep and provides information about promotions.
• Develops relationships with top players

• Adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous money handling experience, preferably in a cashier's position
• Data entry experience
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
• Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
