Pelico is seeking a senior engineer to own a platform capability end-to-end on our Paris-based hybrid team. You’ll lead platform development, ship production-grade infrastructure, and shape adoption across squads with an API-driven mindset.

Deep hands-on coding in Kotlin/Java and exposure to TypeScript/React will be essential. You’ll influence the platform-as-product approach, advocate for scalable design, and mentor teammates while contributing to a high-velocity, global engineering culture in

Qualificações

• Shipping production platform / framework / infrastructure.
• Hands-on coding in Kotlin/Java; TypeScript/React in experience squads.
• API / SPI / abstraction design with performance and correctness at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Build the substrate: author framework, SPI, runtime, or AI tooling used by other squads.
• Run it as a product: own roadmap, contracts, adoption metrics, and deprecation policy.
• Set the bar: write specs, run spec-driven workflow, and stand up gates for trustworthy agent-authored code.
• Harvest the field: turn recurring customer patterns into platform capabilities to boost reuse.
• Lead by example: write critical code, pair with engineers, grow the squad.
