Job summary

Pelico is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own a surface end-to-end, from design through delivery. You will build with Kotlin/Java on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend, while advancing AI-assisted workflows and a configuration-first product approach.

You'll lead by example, write code, mentor engineers, and collaborate with regional squads to ensure scalable, reusable platform capabilities across many customers.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping customer-facing product software end to end, full-stack.
• Strong hands-on coding in Kotlin/Java and TypeScript/React across platforms.
• Product and customer judgment; focus on outcomes and MVP under deadlines.
• Configuration-first mindset; avoid bespoke, multi-customer forks.
• Proven ability to lead engineers by example and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and staying at the frontier of tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own a solution surface from concept to delivery, shipping fast.
• Maintain configuration-first approach; minimize per-customer forks.
• Write specs, run spec-driven workflows, and enforce gates for AI touches.
• Identify recurring patterns and turn them into platform capabilities.
• Lead by example: code hands-on, mentor teammates, and scale the team.
