Odaseva is seeking an autonomous engineer to own our platform health, governance and evolution from Paris. You will manage Salesforce environments and lead production reliability across modern tech stacks, with a focus on monitoring and proactive improvements.

In this role you will implement scalable SRE practices, drive CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to release management while collaborating with global teams. A strong English/French bilingual capability is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration and development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and Salesforce release management.
• Knowledge of security controls and environment management.
• Proactive, self-driven with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Platform Administration & Governance: manage production/sandbox environments, access control, storage, and SSO.
• Track releases, analyze impact, deprecations, and ensure continuous platform compliance.
• Lead security audits and be the technical contact for support.
