Odaseva seeks a skilled and autonomous engineer to own our platform's health, governance, and evolution, including managing Salesforce environments and global monitoring for reliability.

Based in Paris, this full-time role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote; you will drive incident prevention, runbooks, and ongoing platform improvements in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, combining advanced administration with hands-on development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, native SF CLI).
• Understanding of reliability concepts: SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and security controls.

Responsabilités

• Platform Administration & Governance: manage production and sandbox environments, access control, storage, and SSO.
• Reliability Engineering & Production Monitoring: implement proactive monitoring and incident prevention, participate in postmortem-to-prevention loop.
• Custom Development & Technical Adaptability: handle development tasks, maintain release scripts and CI/CD pipelines, use AI tools for code analysis.
