Swan.io is seeking a Senior Regulatory Officer to support banking regulatory initiatives and maintain compliance across product development, partnerships, and user terms.

You will work closely with Legal, Risk and Product teams to monitor regulatory developments and ensure alignment with Swan’s activities. This role suits detail-oriented professionals in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with banking regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work with legal, risk, product, and data teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Advise on banking regulatory matters across Swan's teams.
• Collaborate with Legal to execute and improve partnership and supplier agreements.
• Update terms and conditions for users entrusting funds and payments.
• Serve as a point of contact for Risk in product deployment and improvement.
• Ensure Swan's products comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
