Swan is seeking a Payment Product Manager in Paris to lead the strategy and roadmap for a key area of our banking platform, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and partners to deliver scalable payment capabilities.

You will drive core payment flows and cross-border considerations while ensuring compliance and reliability across Europe. English fluency is required; French is a plus. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• 2/3+ years of experience in Product Management with end-to-end lifecycle (discovery to release).
• Experience or strong interest in Fintech or payments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to become a subject matter expert quickly.
• Tech-savvy with passion for technology and product development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in international teams.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
