Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Asset Designer: Platform Games based in France to adapt and produce high-quality visual assets across web and streaming platforms. You will transform existing artwork into platform-ready packages, ensuring technical compliance and visual standards for key art, UI elements, and 2D/3D assets.

You will collaborate with production, publishing, engineering, and licensors, delivering assets on schedule in a remote, project-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 2D/3D game asset design or web/HTML5 game production.
• Strong portfolio with key art, store capsule design, optimized assets.
• Experience delivering platform assets for distribution environments (MSN, Reddit, Netflix Games).
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator with non-destructive editing.
• Blender experience for 3D modeling and optimization for web.
• Familiarity with HTML5, WebGL, and Unity pipelines.
• Knowledge of platform asset specs, safe zones, and aspect ratios.

Responsibilities

• Produce complete, platform-compliant asset packages (capsule art, hero banners, icons, splash screens, store graphics, social media).
• Adapt and optimize key art for MSN, Reddit, YouTube Playables, Netflix Games; manage different aspect ratios and resolutions.
• Prepare production-ready layered PSD/AI files with clean alpha channels and separated elements.
• Create, format, and optimize 2D/3D game assets, vector graphics, and Blender models for WebGL/HTML5 integration.
• Design and refine in-game UI components, HUD elements, and promotional graphics.
• Organize source files, version control, naming conventions for engineering workflows.
• Review deliverables against specs, platform guidelines, safe zones, compliance.
• Incorporate licensors' feedback, applying brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Coordinate asynchronously with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet milestones.
