Centric Software is seeking an experienced engineering leader for Shoppingfeed to drive the platform's technical evolution. You will lead the Engineering organisation, define platform architecture, and ensure scalable delivery in collaboration with Product and Support teams.

You will mentor managers and tech leads, shape the engineering culture around DevOps and cloud-native practices, and align technical direction with customer value and long-term sustainability across the SaaS stack.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams within SaaS.
• Strong technical background with software architecture.
• Experience managing Engineering Managers or Technical Leads.
• Fluent English; French would be a plus.
• Ability to influence technical direction without being hands-on daily.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Shoppingfeed Engineering organisation.
• Define and evolve the platform architecture alongside technical leaders.
• Own engineering execution, delivery quality and technical excellence.
• Build scalable engineering processes and improve development practices.
• Mentor Engineering Managers / Tech Leads.
• Partner closely with Product Management to execute the product roadmap.
• Drive architectural decisions that improve scalability, reliability and performance.
• Champion modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies and DevOps.
• Ensure engineering decisions balance customer value, technical quality and long-term maintainability.
• Build an engineering culture focused on collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.
