Centric Software is seeking an experienced product leader to define and execute the next phase of Shoppingfeed product strategy. Based in France, you will own vision, roadmap and collaborate with a four-PM team and cross-functional partners.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will align with the PXM vision while continuing to innovate as a market-leading platform. This is an enterprise SaaS leadership role with strong collaboration across Product, Engineering and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Several years leading Product teams within enterprise software.

The Opportunity

Shoppingfeed, part of Centric Software, is looking for an experienced product leader to define and execute the next phase of our product strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Product Management function for one of the leading product feed management and marketplace syndication platforms. You will own the product vision, roadmap and strategy while leading a team of Product Managers responsible for delivering innovative solutions that help retailers and brands distribute product data across marketplaces, comparison engines and social commerce channels.

Reporting to the VP of Product (PXM), you will act as the product leader for Shoppingfeed, ensuring its strategy aligns with the wider Product Experience Management (PXM) vision while continuing to innovate as a market-leading platform.

The Team

The Shoppingfeed Product team is based primarily in France and works closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and the wider PXM organisation.

You’ll lead a team of four Product Managers while collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering to deliver a unified vision across Product and Technology.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Shoppingfeed.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, career development and organisational leadership.
• Ensure product investments align with both customer needs and Centric Software’s wider PXM strategy.
• Translate customer feedback, market trends and competitive insights into an executable roadmap.
• Act as the product spokesperson internally and externally, communicating product direction with clarity and confidence.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.
• Create stronger alignment between Shoppingfeed and the broader PXM portfolio.
• Drive prioritisation decisions based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-first product culture focused on innovation and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading Product Management teams within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing Product Managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution skills.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and long-term product vision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across technical and commercial teams.
• Experience presenting product strategy to senior leadership.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Product Feed Management, Marketplace Syndication, eCommerce or Product Information Management (PIM).
• Knowledge of Product Experience Management (PXM).
• Understanding of digital commerce, retail technology or marketplace ecosystems.
• Fluent French speaking.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in Product Management.
• Several years leading Product teams within enterprise software.
