Centric Software is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the technical evolution of our platform Shoppingfeed. You will report to the VP of Technology and Architecture and lead the Engineering organisation, providing technical leadership and building a high-performing culture.

You will shape architecture, delivery, strategy, and people leadership while aligning with Centric Software’s Product Experience Management goals.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in software engineering with progressive leadership roles.
• Experience leading software teams in SaaS environments and complex platforms.
• Strong background in cloud architecture and scalable systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Shoppingfeed Engineering organisation and mentor managers.
• Define and evolve platform architecture with technical leadership.
• Own engineering delivery, quality and long-term maintainability.
• Build scalable engineering processes and improve development practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management to execute the product roadmap.
• Drive architectural decisions to improve scalability and reliability.
• Champion modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies.
• Balance customer value with technical quality in decisions.
