Morphо Labs is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to own the infrastructure roadmap end-to-end, raise reliability to institutional standards, and grow the engineers behind it. You will build and lead the platform engineering team, set architecture standards, and partner with product and business to enable delivery.

You will drive self-service infrastructure, CI/CD improvements, and proactive observability, while promoting zero-trust security, multi-region readiness, and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• 3+ years managing engineering teams.
• Experience scaling production infrastructure from startup to enterprise.
• Led platform/infrastructure transformations improving velocity and reliability.
• Fluent with event-driven architectures, Kubernetes-based platforms, GitOps, and cloud infra (AWS).
• Hands-on in architecture reviews and incident response; strong management-first leadership.
• Cross-functional influence across product, protocol, and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead Morpho's platform engineering team with hiring, performance, and growth.
• Own the infrastructure roadmap and technical strategy with documented decisions.
• Improve engineering velocity via self-service infra and optimized CI/CD.
• Raise reliability and security with zero-trust IAM and multi-region readiness.
• Collaborate with product, protocol, and business teams to enable delivery.
• Establish architecture docs, IaC standards, and mentorship for engineers.
