Morpho Labs in Paris (remote eligible) seeks a leader to build and drive Morpho's platform engineering team. You will own the infrastructure roadmap end-to-end, raise reliability to institutional standards, and grow the engineers behind it.

You will partner with product, protocol, and business teams to translate infrastructure trade-offs into business impact, while elevating velocity through self-service tooling and strong architecture practices.

Qualifications

8+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering.
3+ years managing engineering teams.
Proven track record scaling production infrastructure.
Experience leading platform or infra transformations that improved velocity and reliability.
Deep fluency in event-driven architectures and cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

Build and lead the platform engineering team, owning hiring, performance, and career growth to scale the team.
Own the infrastructure roadmap and technical strategy balancing speed, cost, and reliability.
Accelerate engineering velocity with self-service infra, CI/CD optimization, and developer tooling.
Raise reliability and security with zero-trust IAM, observability, proactive alerting, and SLOs.
Partner with product, protocol, and business teams to translate infra trade-offs into business impact.
Set engineering culture with architecture docs and infrastructure-as-code standards.
