Farfetch is seeking an Engineering Lead in Tech Platform to guide the team building the foundation of our global technology ecosystem. You will balance people leadership with technical oversight to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure powering engineering teams worldwide.

You will drive self-service capabilities, IaC adoption, and cost-efficient reliability improvements while mentoring engineers and aligning roadmaps with company objectives and security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex platforms.
• Strong track record in cloud-native architecture and scale.
• Experience with IaC, automation, and security-focused design.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a team of ICs, focusing on career development and psychological safety.
• Develop strategic roadmaps aligning with global company goals.
• Drive self-service capabilities and Infrastructure as Code adoption.
• Oversee reliability, performance, and scalability of distributed systems.
• Partner with Principals and engineering leads to translate business needs into tech strategy.
