Farfetch is seeking an Engineering Team Lead for our B2B Integrations team. You will guide backend and integration engineers, owning core pipelines for global product catalogs, order routing, and returns with B2B partners.

This role demands leadership, architectural judgment, and a passion for scalable, observable systems. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, drive SDLC best practices, and contribute to talent acquisition to build a high-performing, diverse team in Porto.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary software teams.
• Strong background in distributed systems and modern tech stack.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary backend and integration team.
• Own lifecycle, health, and reliability of B2B integration pipelines.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into a robust technical roadmap.
• Advocate modern SDLC practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps mindset.
