Job summary

Teamwill Consulting operates a security-hardened, Kubernetes-based cloud platform used by multiple teams and clients. The platform is built with versioned shared modules and CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing automation and secure by default deployments.

The role focuses on platform reliability, developer experience, and self-service provisioning through APIs, with international collaboration across Teamwill Consulting’s geographies. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform or infrastructure ownership at production scale.
• Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and a public cloud (Azure preferred).
• Production Kubernetes experience including orchestration, backup, networking, and IAM concepts.
• Experience with GitOps deployment tools and policy-as-code, including SBOM generation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and operate IaC configurations using Terraform and shared modules.
• Maintain the golden-path templates and the GitOps deployment pipeline with CI/CD checks.
• Own platform security posture, including image signing and vulnerability management.
• Ensure platform reliability and automated test coverage for infrastructure.
• Treat the platform as a product and improve developer experience and adoption.
