Job summary

H Company is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to own and scale our Kubernetes clusters and networking as we move from AWS to an environment-agnostic platform. You will report to the VP of Engineering and collaborate with product and platform engineers to deliver reliable infrastructure.

From day one you’ll tackle real problems, build environment-agnostic tooling, and accelerate deployments for Forward Deployed Engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong programming with Python or Go and solid Kubernetes ops.
• Experience building and operating a Kubernetes-based platform at scale with measurable metrics.
• Hands-on with multiple clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) or deep systems engineering (Linux, eBPF).
• Proven infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and observability ownership.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale Kubernetes clusters and networking.
• Build authentication and authorization systems.
• Refactor stack to be environment agnostic.
• Speed up deployment for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
• Build Kubernetes-native services, controllers, and operators.
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code.
