Job summary

Westlake Global Compounds France SAS in Reims seeks a Plant Manager to lead all site operations, drive production targets and uphold Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards. You will steer people, processes, and budgets while ensuring product quality and efficient production flows.

Fluency in English is required. As legal representative, you will inspire teams, shape strategy into concrete goals, and drive continuous improvement across functions, with a strong emphasis on safety,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) with over 10 years of industrial experience.
• Background in Production, Management, or QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment).
• Solid understanding of PVC processes and relevant quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Commitment to hygiene, environmental, quality and safety procedures.
• Ability to apply quality tools and audit methods to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong managerial skills and collaborative leadership.
• Attention to detail, adaptability and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise safe, efficient and high-quality production with capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on production planning, procurement and stock management.
• Define QC methods, manage preventive/corrective actions and oversee the laboratory.
• Drive HSE initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance and environmental protection.
• Optimize production assets and maintenance strategies.
