dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Manager in France to own and lead the cheese coating site, combining strategic planning with hands-on leadership to drive operational excellence and growth. You will define and realize the plant manufacturing plan, manage budgets and assets, supervise the team, ensure QSHE compliance, and partner with local and international stakeholders to deliver results.

• Experience developing and delivering annual operations or manufacturing plans.
• Strong safety, health, environmental and quality standards awareness.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the plant manufacturing plan aligned with BG/BU strategy and budgets.
• Monitor execution of the plan and take corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Develop long-term investment and maintenance plans for plant assets and obtain budget approvals.
• Manage plant operations, maintenance and production planning in line with safety requirements.
• Lead and implement innovations and new technologies within the plant.
• Identify and mitigate operational and QSHE risks to achieve objectives.
• Participate in crisis management for plant incidents.
