H2 Health – Paris in Paris, Kentucky, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. You will provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and support diverse patients across orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and neurological rehabilitation.

Work includes creating and following individualized plans of care, guiding home exercise programs, documenting progress, and collaborating with a supportive PT team.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Carry out individualized plans of care and support patient progress.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, balance, mobility, and functional interventions.
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
