Headlight, a clinician-led behavioral health company, is seeking licensed therapists to join its network. The role focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans, and meeting patients regularly to adjust care.

With administrative support handling insurance, billing and marketing, clinicians can focus on client care while leveraging NextGen EHR and Blueprint AI for notes. Headlight emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields is required.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license is required.
• 2+ years experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Ability to work as a team member with superb organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong EHR proficiency.

• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license (license based on office location). Applicants without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are currently not hiring associate/intern level therapists
• 2+ years' experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency.
• Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Ability to guide, direct, or influence people.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.

• Minimum requirement of 12 months in a clinical setting after you have become fully licensed
• Master’s Level Degree or higher (Required) in related fields
• Full, unencumbered applicable license (license based on office location). Applicants without a valid, active clinical license will not be considered. We are currently not hiring associate/intern level therapists.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required.
