Betclic Group in Bordeaux is seeking a Physical Security Apprentice to join the Global Security team under the Senior Physical Security Officer. You will help protect Betclic's people, workplaces and critical assets across the Group while gaining hands-on experience in security operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in Physical Security, Corporate Security, Risk Management, Crisis Management or a related field, looking for a 12‑month apprenticeship.
• Interest in protecting people, assets and business operations within an international environment.
• Passion for physical security, risk prevention and business resilience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess risks and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort using collaborative workplace tools and Microsoft 365.
• Proactive, autonomous and eager to learn.
• Strong written and verbal English; French a plus.
• Prior experience in Corporate/FI security or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing improvement of Betclic's Physical Security Program.
• Participate in physical security risk assessments across Betclic offices and sites.
• Help deploy and monitor physical security measures to protect employees and assets.
• Assist in administration and improvement of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and visitor management.
• Support badge administration and access rights governance.
• Assist in managing security incidents, reporting and corrective actions.
• Maintain security procedures, standards and playbooks.
• Support Business Continuity and Crisis Management activities through exercises and documentation.
• Coordinate with Workplace, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance and external providers on security projects.
• Monitor physical security KPIs and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Support security awareness initiatives for employees.
• Research and benchmarking on emerging physical security technologies and industry best practices.
