Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in industrial production management in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Lean, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage budgets, KPIs and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pharmaceutical production activities and coordinate teams to ensure the production plan is delivered safely, with quality and cost targets.
• Develop and support production teams, fostering engagement and skills development.
• Drive industrial performance by optimizing processes, resources, flows and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP standards and quality procedures.
• Deploy continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Operational Excellence) to reduce costs.
• Implement HSE policies and risk prevention measures to protect staff and environment.
• Contribute to investment planning and development of production capabilities.
