Job summary

CEVA Logistics in France is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all pharmaceutical production and packaging operations at the site. Reporting to the Site Director, you will ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery targets in a highly regulated environment.

You will lead production teams, drive process improvements (Lean, Operational Excellence), manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure GMP compliance while developing capabilities and supporting strategic industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial production management in pharma/animal health or highly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage budgets, production KPIs and transformation projects.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pharmaceutical production activities and coordinate teams to meet the production plan while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Develop and support production teams, foster engagement and skills development.
• Drive industrial performance through process optimization and KPI management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP standards and quality procedures.
• Deploy continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Operational Excellence) to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Implement HSE policies and risk prevention measures across operations.
