Job summary

Orakl Oncology is seeking an Alliance & Delivery Manager to own pharma partnerships from signature to delivery, coordinating wet-lab and dry-lab teams and driving account growth in a fast-growing biotech environment.

You will scale delivery processes, harness project management tooling like Asana, and ensure high-quality results, with a focus on renewals, scope negotiations, and building trust with pharma partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management, alliance and/or account management, or partner delivery in biotech, pharma, a CRO or a techbio.
• Master's degree in a scientific or engineering field; a PhD is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex scientific programs across multidisciplinary teams.
• Pharma-facing experience managing pharma stakeholders through steering committees and scope negotiations.
• Commercial track record identifying and converting follow-on opportunities within existing accounts.
• Hands-on systems building designing project management systems and automated workflows.
• Working knowledge of oncology or molecular biology to lead scientific discussions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own partner relationships from kick-off to final delivery with steering committees.
• Translate each signed contract into executable plans for wet and dry lab teams with milestones.
• Plan capacity across programs and arbitrate conflicts while protecting timelines.
• Anticipate delivery risks and document scope/timeline changes with partners.
• Scale delivery processes and tooling, including Asana templates, reporting and automation.
• Identify follow-on opportunities within existing partnerships and assist with scoping and proposals.
• Coordinate conference and BD material cycles as part of delivery plan.
