Job summary

Orakl Oncology in Villejuif, France is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to ensure the scientific platform operates as one system, spanning biobank, data science, computational biology, and partnerships.

You will lead cross-functional roadmap, drive operational excellence with KPI framework, align R&D and product, and embed a product mindset while partnering with science leads.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in program or portfolio management in industrial/tech/biotech environments.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, computational biology, CS or related field.
• Understanding of drug discovery and oncology.
• Experience building KPIs or OKR reporting.
• Exposure to product management or product operations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity without losing focus.
• Genuine curiosity for data/AI and biology with scientists and engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills at all levels.
• Fluency with Notion, Asana, SharePoint, and dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Run the cross-functional roadmap across biobank, data, computational biology, and partnerships.
• Build KPI framework and single source of truth for roadmap, KPIs, and dependencies.
• Coordinate platform portfolio management, grant activities, and resource allocation.
