Phagos in Suresnes, France seeks an exceptional lab technician to join our Lab Ops team, collaborating with research scientists to push phage therapy. You will develop and execute innovative projects, applying phage therapy’s techniques to animal farming while expanding Phagos’ applications and research expertise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with microbiology techniques.
• Knowledge/experience in phage biology is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, self-motivated, and ready to learn.
• Minimum B2 English level (written & spoken).

Responsabilités

• Perform routine microbiological tests with precision and efficiency
• Culture bacteria, isolate and characterize phages
• Collaborate with scientists to design and execute phage-based strategies targeting key pathogens
• Follow and help refine protocols, ensuring accuracy, safety, and reproducibility
• Support the development, scale-up, and validation of innovative lab processes
• Keep meticulous records and analyze experimental data
