TotalEnergies OneTech, lieu PAU-CSTJF (FRA), recherche un ingénieur expérimenté pour transformer les données de fiabilité et de maintenance en leviers de performance sur des actifs multi-énergie. Vous rejoindrez les équipes techniques et contribuerez à l’amélioration continue des données utilisées dans projets et installations en exploitation.

Vous maîtriserez les concepts RAM/PAS et disposerez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master 2 dans l'ingénierie, fiabilité, maintenance, data science ou domaine connexe.
• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans les domaines de fiabilité, maintenance industrielle ou gestion de données opérationnelles.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (niveau C1 minimum).
• Expérience avec SQL, Python et Power BI ou outils équivalents.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir les équipes d'ingénierie et d'exploitation dans la sélection, l'analyse et l'utilisation des données de fiabilité.
• Garantir l'intégration et l'optimisation des flux de données entre les systèmes de maintenance et les bases de données de fiabilité.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'automatisation, d'analyse statistique et d'IA pour le traitement des données industrielles.
• Fournir des analyses fiables dans le cadre d'études de disponibilité et de performance des installations.
• Contribuer à l'identification et à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives d'amélioration de la fiabilité.
• Participer à la gouvernance et à la standardisation des données de fiabilité conformément à la norme ISO 14224.

Join the Technical Line Operations teams within the OneTech branch and contribute to transforming industrial data into performance drivers for TotalEnergies’ multi-energy assets.

At the heart of RAM/PAS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability / Production Availability Studies) activities, you will help improve the quality, structure, and utilization of reliability and maintenance data used for both development projects and operating facilities.

Activities

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting engineering and operations teams in the selection, analysis, and use of reliability data to support decision-making.
• Ensuring the integration and optimization of data flows between maintenance management systems and the Company’s reliability databases.
• Developing and implementing automation, statistical analysis, and artificial intelligence solutions for industrial data processing.
• Providing reliable data and technical analyses as part of facility availability and performance studies.
• Contributing to the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and availability.
• Participating in the governance and standardization of reliability data, particularly in accordance with the ISO 14224 standard.

Candidate Profile

Holding an Engineering Degree or a Master’s Degree (Master 2) in engineering, reliability, maintenance, data science, statistics, or a related discipline, you have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of reliability, industrial maintenance, industrial data management, or operational performance.

You have:

• A good understanding of reliability, maintainability, and availability concepts for industrial equipment;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively;
• Experience with data processing and analysis tools, ideally including SQL, Python, and Power BI;
• A strong interest in digital solutions, automation, and innovative technologies;
• Knowledge of industrial environments and asset performance challenges;
• The ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment;
• National and international mobility, both for short-term assignments and long-term deployments;
• Excellent command of French and English (minimum C1 level).

Knowledge of ISO 14224, CMIMS, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Microsoft Power Platform, or RAM/PAS activities would be considered an asset.
