TotalEnergies OneTech is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join the Technical Line Operations. You will contribute to CMIMS design and deployment, ensure data quality from sites, and support analytics, training, and continuous improvement across global assets.

Required: Engineering or Master 2 in Industrial Maintenance with 3+ years on industrial sites; strong CMIMS/CMMS knowledge; willingness for national and international mobility; fluent French and English (C1).

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree (Master 2) in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience on industrial sites or within maintenance/ops teams.
• Solid CMIMS/CMMS knowledge and maintenance engineering principles.
• Strong interest in digital tools, data management and emerging technologies.
• Good understanding of asset performance, reliability and optimization challenges.

Responsabilités

• Ensure quality and integrity of maintenance data from sites.
• Perform data loading, extraction, analysis and reporting.
• Support end users and contribute to training of CMIMS users.

Join the Maintenance teams within the OneTech branch and contribute to the operational excellence of TotalEnergies’ assets worldwide.

As part of the Technical Line Operations organization, you will provide your expertise in maintenance engineering and Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management Systems (CMIMS) to support the Company's various business segments: Exploration & Production, Refining & Chemicals, and Gas, Renewables & Power.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the design, configuration, and deployment of CMIMS solutions as part of implementation and migration projects;
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and integrity of maintenance data collected from operational sites;
• Performing data loading, extraction, analysis, and performance reporting activities;
• Supporting end users in the use of CMIMS tools and contributing to their training and skill development;
• Providing maintenance and reliability support to affiliates and project teams;
• Optimizing maintenance strategies in collaboration with technical and operations teams;
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving the standardization of maintenance practices.

Holding an Engineering degree or a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Industrial Maintenance or an equivalent discipline, you have at least 3 years of experience gained on industrial sites or within maintenance, methods, or operations teams.

You have :

• A solid understanding of maintenance engineering principles and Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management Systems (CMIMS/CMMS);
• A strong interest in digital tools, data management and valorization, and emerging technologies;
• A sound understanding of asset performance, reliability, and optimization challenges in industrial environments;
• The ability to analyze complex issues and propose pragmatic solutions tailored to operational needs;
• The flexibility and willingness to undertake national and international mobility, for both short-term assignments and long-term placements;
• Excellent command of French and English (minimum C1 level).
