Revolut is seeking a People Partner to drive HR advisory strategy in France, partnering with managers to shape policies and embed culture across the team. You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on delivery to support onboarding, coaching and development, ensuring a people-first environment that enables growth.

Fluency in English and French, plus strong knowledge of local labour laws and experience with work councils, are essential as you manage complex stakeholders and drive policy

• 2+ years of experience reviewing and developing policies and procedures.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• A data and process-driven approach towards HR.
• A results-driven and numbers-oriented working style.
• Extensive knowledge of local labour laws.
• Experience working with work councils.
• Fluency in English and French.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as a trusted advisor for your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR
• Proactively identifying people issues and trends within the business, collaborating with key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions
• Optimising day-to-day HR operations with central HR teams, keeping employee centricity in mind
• Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures
• Contributing to the development of world‑class HR policies
