Our current EMEA People Operations Specialist is moving into an HRBP role, so we are looking for the person who will take over her scope and make it their own.
You will be the person Guardians turn to for anything touching their contract, payroll, benefits or first days at the company. You will also be the one the People team relies on to keep our HR data clean and our processes running month after month.
This is a hands‑on role with real room to build. Beyond the day‑to‑day administration, you will own the onboarding journey end to end and help us push automation and AI further into our HR workflows.
You will be part of our 8‑people team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, and you will work closely with the People and Finance teams.
Here are what we consider essential for success in this role:

A word from the manager, Gregory, our Chief People Officer: "People Ops is often described as the back office of HR. We see it the other way around. It is the first thing a new Guardian experiences, and the thing everyone notices the day it stops working. So we are not looking for someone to run the process as it is today. We are giving this role the room and the tools, including AI and automation, to redesign how we work. If you would rather fix something once than repeat it every month, you will enjoy it here."
evolution to more seniority, learning US Ops, and possibly, after 2 to 3 years, an HRBP or Learning and Development role.

The information is optional and will not be disclosed to the hiring manager or the interview team and will not be considered in the hiring process. We appreciate your willingness to share this with us so that we can continue to improve our diversity and inclusion efforts.
