You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to build a diverse, skilled workforce that drives our growth and reinforces our reputation as a top employer in the competitive talent market.

• Collaborate with tech and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent for key roles.

• Elevate the candidate experience, ensuring it is engaging, transparent, and reflective of Mistral’s culture.

• Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, introducing them to our mission, values, and work environment.

• Develop and share recruiting best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the team.

• Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, measure success, and drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.

• Extensive experience: 8+ years in corporate recruiting, with a focus on competitive markets.
