LVMH is seeking a People Experience Project Manager to shape meaningful employee experiences across the Group and its Maisons in Paris. You will contribute to design, development, and deployment of strategic people initiatives at the crossroads of employee experience, culture, engagement, and HR transformation.

You will lead cross-functional projects, translate priorities into roadmaps, engage stakeholders, and foster a data-informed, human-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum in employee experience, organizational development, HR transformation, learning, culture, engagement, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-structuring capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Data-informed mindset with creativity and human-centered thinking.

Your mission : shape meaningful Employee Experiences across LVMH

Job responsibilities

Key responsibilities :

Strategy & Experience Design

• Contribute to the development and implementation of People Experience priorities aligned with Group ambitions.
• Support the design of employee-centered frameworks, programs, and methodologies.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure consistency while enabling flexibility across Maisons.

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead cross-functional projects from design through implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, governance, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality and impact.
• Facilitate collaboration across HR functions, business teams, external partners, and Maisons.

Insights & Continuous Improvement

• Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Identify emerging needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Develop recommendations supporting strategic people priorities.
• Contribute to measurement frameworks and impact assessment methodologies.

Community Building & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with HR teams and key stakeholders.
• Foster engagement through communication and co-creation.
• Facilitate workshops, working groups, and communities of practice.
• Act as a trusted partner for Maisons.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Monitor external trends and innovative HR practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of methodologies, tools, and approaches.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and learning.

Profile

• 5 years mini. of experience in employee experience, organizational development, HR transformation, learning, culture, engagement, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-structuring capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Data-informed mindset combined with creativity and human-centered thinking.
• Fluency in English ; French is a strong asset.
