Alan, a prevention-focused health tech company, is hiring in France. You will lead onboarding operations, handle day-to-day HR requests, and improve the new-employee experience.

You will coordinate learning programs, support leads and coaches, and help build AI-driven automation to reduce manual work. A strong communicator who cares about people and data will thrive in a fast-growing team with a unique culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding operations and HR fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills for day-to-day HR interactions.
• Experience coordinating training programs for leads/coaches.
• Ability to measure impact with data and adapt programs accordingly.
• Interest in automation and AI to streamline HR tasks.

Responsabilités

• Own pre-boarding and onboarding operations end to end.
• Be first point of contact for day-to-day HR requests.
• Shadow and gradually own simple individual situations with care and structure.
• Coordinate and improve training programmes for leads and coaches.
• Identify manual processes and build automations; work with Claude and Dust.
• Track key People metrics and translate into clear insights.
• Write and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation.

What you will do

• Employee experience — own the pre-boarding and onboarding operations end to end, and continuously improve the process so every new Alaner's first weeks feel smooth and well-supported.
• People operations — get hands‑on with the fundamentals of HR and be the first point of contact for Alaners navigating day-to-day requests.
• Individual situations — shadow, then gradually own simple individual situations, learning how to guide leads and coaches through sensitive conversations with care and structure.
• Learning and development — coordinate and improve our training programmes for leads and coaches, help measure their real-world impact, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
• Automation and AI — spot what is still manual and should not be, then build the automations to fix it. We use Claude and Dust — you will too.
• Data and reporting — track key People metrics, turn them into clear insights, and make sure the team always knows what is working and what is not.
• Documentation — write and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation so Alaners can self-serve and leads can act with confidence without always needing to ask.
