Alan is hiring across France to strengthen its People Operations team. You will own the pre‑boarding and onboarding operations end to end, support day‑to‑day requests, and help drive learning, automation, and data reporting for 800+ employees.

What you will do

• Employee experience — own the pre-boarding and onboarding operations end to end, and continuously improve the process so every new Alaner's first weeks feel smooth and well-supported.

• People operations — get hands‑on with the fundamentals of HR and be the first point of contact for Alaners navigating day‑to‑day requests.

• Individual situations — shadow, then gradually own simple individual situations, learning how to guide leads and coaches through sensitive conversations with care and structure.

• Learning and development — coordinate and improve our training programmes for leads and coaches, help measure their real‑world impact, and iterate based on what the data tells you.

• Automation and AI — spot what is still manual and should not be, then build the automations to fix it. We use Claude and Dust — you will too.

• Data and reporting — track key People metrics, turn them into clear insights, and make sure the team always knows what is working and what is not.

• Documentation — write and maintain clear, user‑friendly documentation so Alaners can self‑serve and leads can act with confidence without always needing to ask.
