Nomura in Paris is seeking a Payroll and HR Operations Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role combines hands-on payroll processing with migration projects to Cloudpay and offshoring administration to Powai, India.

You will partner with internal teams and the external payroll provider to ensure accurate, timely payroll and strong HR services. The role requires French payroll expertise, HR administration knowledge, and ability to manage cross-country projects with confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, payroll, or related field.
• Experience in payroll and HR administration in an international environment.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Payroll management and transition to Cloudpay with accuracy and timely processing.
• HR administration including contracts, onboarding, and data maintenance.
• Offshoring administrative tasks to Powai with KPI monitoring.
• Monthly and yearly reporting on headcounts, compensation, and gender index.
