Lever, Inc. is seeking an Expert PayPal Freelance based in France to own PayPal payment capabilities across a portfolio of international subscription-based SaaS products.

You will deploy, stabilize, and optimize recurring PayPal payments, directly impacting conversion and revenue. Collaborating with payment, technology, and product teams, you will deliver hands-on integrations, manage risk and disputes, and document processes while operating autonomously in a fast-moving multi-product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payment projects with senior-level expertise.
• Proven PayPal integration in production for recurring payments.
• Strong knowledge of PayPal REST APIs, PPCP, Reference Transactions, vaulting.
• Excellent communication and ability to transfer knowledge clearly.
• Fluent in French; professional English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Audit existing PayPal integrations and identify opportunities to improve reliability and flows.
• Implement and stabilize recurring PayPal payment capabilities across SaaS products.
• Lead deployment of PayPal solutions across multiple products and contexts.
• Optimize the PayPal checkout experience for desktop and mobile.
• Monitor and improve payment success and subscription renewal rates.
• Support payment risk, compliance, and dispute-management initiatives.
• Document integrations and processes; transfer knowledge to teams.
