Job summary

Alan in Marseille, France, is seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to build and grow the Accountant Partnerships program. You will manage relationships with accounting firms and networks, drive onboarding and activation, and generate qualified opportunities for Alan’s Sales teams.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations to scale the partner network and contribute to a scalable growth model for the Accountant Partnerships channel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, BD, account management or customer success in B2B.
• Experience managing partnerships through full lifecycle from prospecting to activation.
• Experience handling a portfolio of partners in a fast-growing company.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a strong partner network with accounting firms and networks.
• Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch with value for accountants and clients.
• Activate partners and generate business opportunities with Sales collaboration.
• Help scale the partner model by sharing insights and developing scalable playbooks.
