Alan is hiring across France to build a scalable Accountant Partnerships network. You will cultivate relationships with accounting firms and networks, drive activation, and partner enablement to generate qualified opportunities for our Sales teams.

The role focuses on turning accountants into long-term Alan partners, enhancing their clients' health insurance and payroll experiences, while expanding a strategic growth channel for the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships or related roles.
• Experience managing partnerships throughout full lifecycle from prospecting to activation.
• Experience managing a portfolio of partners in a fast-growing company.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance and prioritize opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations teams.

Responsabilités

• Build and grow a strong partner network with high-potential accountants and networks.
• Drive partnerships from discussion to activation and onboarding.
• Activate partners and generate business opportunities with Sales collaboration.
• Help scale the Accountant Partnerships model with scalable playbooks and tools.
