Lucis, based in Paris, is expanding its B2B distribution and corporate licence accounts across Europe. You report to the Head of Sales & Partnerships and own end-to-end lifecycle metrics from licences bought to members activated, renewals, and expansions.

You thrive in fast-moving environments, own what you build, and collaborate with an international team to drive growth and measurable results in health tech partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years in account, partner or key account management.
• Experience moving activation, adoption or utilisation yourself.
• You can name accounts you saved and the ones you lost.

• Define retention metrics (GRR/NRR) and report on portfolio performance.

The role

Lucis is building its B2B distribution (department stores, wellness retail, premium clubs and studios, pharmacy networks..) and corporate licence accounts in France, the UK and beyond. Signing them is one job. Making them produce is this one.

You report to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, who stays accountable for portfolio performance and co-leads the enterprise accounts with you.

Your primary number: licences bought, then licences used. How many were purchased, and how many became a member who booked, got drawn and read their report. The first is this year's revenue. The second is whether it renews.

What you could own

• Launch and activation: tracked code live, partner staff trained, launch communication shipped. Then a monthly review with every partner and account on licences bought and members activated, and a quarterly business review carrying a renewal and expansion plan.

• The recurring book: corporate and enterprise licence accounts plus embedded partners, on adoption, activation rate, renewal and upsell.

• Partner productivity: every partner carries a licence volume expectation and a date. You hold it, and you say out loud when a partner is not going to produce.

• Member onboarding: from licence granted to first report read. The drop‑off points, the reminders, the friction. With Product and Ops, who own the in‑product mechanics.

• Retention: no GRR or NRR baseline exists on this portfolio today. You define both, build them and report them.

• Proof: documented reference cases the next deal is sold on. Honest results only, and never a health ROI claim.

You’re passionate about the future of human health and want your work to help people stay healthy for longer. You move quickly from idea to execution, take full ownership of what you build, and work best with talented people who care as much as you do.

You thrive in fast‑moving environments, learn by doing, and value feedback as a way to continuously improve. You use AI the way others use a calculator: naturally, to go faster and think bigger.

You’ll fit in well if

• You have 4 to 8 years in account, partner or key account management, on a portfolio you carried and were measured on, not one you serviced.
• You have moved activation, adoption or utilisation yourself, and can give the before, what you changed and the after. This is the core muscle of the job.
• You run retention on numbers, and you can name the account you saved and the one you lost.
• You have trained people you do not manage to sell your product, and you enjoy that part. The channel runs through a pharmacy counter, a store corner, a club front desk.
• You have told a partner, or their sponsor, that they were not producing, with the data in hand.
• You operate without an AE, an onboarding manager or a project manager behind you. Here there are none.
• French and English both operational, spoken and written. Most partners are French, part of the portfolio is in the UK, the team is international.
