Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to join the Partner Sales Engineering team in France. You will engage customers by demonstrating Cloudera products and designing cloud-based data solutions that meet their needs.

You will run use-case discovery workshops and collaborate with the Sales Account Manager to articulate the value of Cloudera. Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tooling is required, as well as fluency in English and French to

Qualifications

• Fluent in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Bash or PowerShell for automation and tooling.
• Fluent in English and French; strong written and verbal communication.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with hands-on experience deploying and managing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrating Cloudera products to engage customers and secure a technical win.
• Designing customer solutions using Cloudera technologies based on reference architectures.
• Lead discovery workshops with customers or prospects to uncover use cases and value.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Manager to show the value of Cloudera solutions.
• Present product roadmap and vision to inspire customers and partners.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to advocate customer needs.

• For this role we are looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to join our Partner Sales Engineering team
• Demonstrating Cloudera products in a way that engages your customers to say “yes” to Cloudera
• Designing solutions for your customers’ needs using Cloudera technologies, based on reference architectures and common patterns
• Holding use case discovery workshops with customers or prospects
• Partnering with your Sales Account Manager to show your customers the true value of a Cloudera solution
• Presenting product roadmap and vision to inspire your customers to think bigger
• Interfacing with other Cloudera teams to ensure your customers hear one Cloudera voice
• Advocating for your customers’ needs to Product Management and Engineering
• Participating in external publicity and evangelism (meetups, webinars, blogs)
• Success comes from having an aligned team goal with annual sales targets (we win as one team), as well from your participation in knowledge exchange with peers and the wider community
