Job summary

Nike is seeking a Sales Lead Partner Representative to accelerate growth across the France marketplace. You bring passion for sport, street culture, and strong commercial acumen, with the ability to build authentic partnerships and translate insights into action.

You will manage strategic Department Store partnerships, deliver premium marketplace execution, and drive omnichannel experiences across physical and digital retail environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales, buying, merchandising, business planning, marketing, or related commercial function.
• Strong knowledge of fashion, streetwear, sneakers, and sportswear industries and local consumer communities.
• Experience managing seasonal business through CODE, including assortment planning and forecasting.
• Fluent French with excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage seasonal assortments aligned to merchandising frameworks, driving product flow and in-season trading.
• Build partner relationships and create brand energy through product launches and consumer-focused activations.
• Lead account planning, forecasting, and scenario planning using marketplace and consumer insights.
• Ensure premium brand presentation across digital and physical retail environments and support Win Now strategy.
• Drive omnichannel experiences and optimize product launch journeys across partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Retail Marketing, Brand Creative, and Merchandising to deliver shop-in-shop concepts and showroom experiences.
• Own end-to-end account performance by driving net revenue growth and monitoring trends.
