Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, manage merchandise flow, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, training, ensuring a clean and safe environment, handling payroll/scheduling records, and maintaining promotional displays. This role is full-time and on-site at the store location.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, records (payroll, scheduling, cash deposits).
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
