GANNI in Bordeaux is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to join our store. You will be an ambassador and work within our curated stores, reporting to the Store Manager.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, styling sessions, and building a loyal client community through omnichannel initiatives. You will drive footfall via digital outreach, online bookings and in-store events, manage store KPI targets, and motivate the team to perform.

Qualifications

• Background within luxury retail for at least 2 years.
• Experience with sales in a results-driven environment.
• Omnichannel/omnicommerce understanding.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
