GANNI invites you to join our Paris stores as a true ambassador, reporting to the Store Manager. You will contribute to delivering seamless client experiences, styling sessions, and building a loyal community through in-store and digital outreach.

With at least two years in retail and fluency in French and English, you thrive in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment and help drive KPI targets while fostering an authentic, optimistic team culture.

Qualifications

• Background within retail for at least 2 years.
• Experience with sales in a results-driven environment.
• Omnichannel/omnicommerce understanding.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure exceptional client experiences
• Deliver outstanding styling sessions
• Establish loyalty within the community
• Foster client outreach program to drive footfall
• Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment
• Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships
• Secure all sales
• Stock management in all aspects
