Job summary

• Strong trading experience in rates and credit repo products.
• Ability to assess and control counterparty and market risk.
• Understanding hedging strategies across rates, credit and FX.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on sustainable revenue.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative approach with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Price and risk-manage fixed income financing transactions, mainly repo involving European securities.
• Trade and manage related products: stock borrow/lending, forward bonds, cash bonds, FX swaps, futures, swaps.
• Develop cost-effective hedging strategies across rates, credit and FX.
• Generate trade ideas and discuss with Sales and clients, building relationships with clients and brokers.
• Monitor counterparty and market risks as conditions change.
• Support front-to-back deal processing with various functions and improve desk tools.
